Lockdown Lyrics

Scrolling through my drafts folder reminded me that I started to write this very post back in 2015, but I must confess to having only been re-inspired to finish and publish it by this gorgeous post over on My Serene Words.

Twelve weeks at home has got me thinking a lot about the soundtrack to my own lockdown. Hands down the music in my ears of late has been Taylor Swift, thanks to a certain little lady in my life. I have grown to adore Swifty and have found in her work so many words that stick/resonate/become mind movies that mirror my own life and evoke serious nostalgia in my inner thoughts. That is her craft.

I have listed a few more of my favourite song lyrics of all time below (not just Tay-tay)!
